Hello,

In my cloud flow I want to implement the following functionality.

Depending on billing frequency (Monthly, Bi-weekly, Weekly and so on ) and start date ,and end date, a flow creates new records

For instance, if start date is 01.02.2022 and end date is 01.02.2023 and if 'frequency' is bi-weekly, the flow will create 24 records.

Every record has a subject line. I would like to add a meaningful description for each record.

For instance if option is Bi-weekly, I expect 26 records with descriptions as Jan 2023-1, Jan 2023- 2, Feb 2023-1, Feb 2023-2, March 2023 -1, March 2023-2...

What is the best way to handle this logic?

Not really. As you say later on it is closer to 26 or even 27.

You will be much better off using a fixed calendar table that clearly indicates the dates for your weekly, half-monthly and monthly schedules.

BTW, "Bi-Weekly" is an ambiguous term.
