Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

This is only the second minor app I have created and bear with me as I am not a programmer at all. I am simply a maintenance person. I have created a form on power apps and have it connected to a sharepoint list. As I was testing it out I could not get the form to submit. I.E. on my submit button I had SubmitForm(Form1);ResetForm(Form1)

It would not send the data to sharepoint. So for testing I changed it to SubmitForm(Form1);NewForm(Form1). It submitted but I had two datacards that had allowed values for selecting and after the submit it reverted back to allow any data to be entered. What did I do wrong and how can I correct it?
