Hello,

I would like to define some values from a choice field based on user email (into Power Apps Form).

Field = OneIDM from IT Applications SharePoint

Target if user = firstname.lastname@gmail,com ==> Allowed Selection Values = New, Done,Checked, N/A

Else ==> Allowed Selection Values = New, Done, N/A

My current formula is:

Filter(Choices([@'IT Applications'].OneIDM),if (!User().Email= "firstname.lastname@gmail.com", Value= "New" || "Done" || "Checked"||  "N/A", Value= "New" || "Done" || "N/A"))
Unfortunately not accepted 😕
Thanks for your help

    Based on the information you provided, the different of values between If and Else is just Checked should be ignored.

    Try changing the formula:

    if (!User().Email= "firstname.lastname@gmail.com", Choices([@'IT Applications'].OneIDM), Filter(Choices([@'IT Applications'].OneIDM), Value <> "Checked")

    Hi @perrydan57 ,

    Please try this

    Filter(Choices([@'IT Applications'].OneIDM),if (User().Email= "firstname.lastname@gmail.com", Value in "NewDoneCheckedN/A", Value in "NewDoneN/A"))

    Best Regards,

    Wearsky

    Hi rsaikrishna,

    Formula is not working ☹️

    Additionally My choice has one additional value (to be re-certified) that is only used in Power Automate, never as possible choice

    finally found solution:

    If (User().Email = "firstname.lastname@gmail.com",
        Filter(Choices([@'IT Applications'].OneIDM), Value in "NewDoneCheckedN/A"),
        Filter(Choices([@'IT Applications'].OneIDM),Value in "NewDoneN/A")
    )
