PAD Can't access ui elements on Windows application

Tried

1) >> PAD Can't access UI elements on Windows application. ( used Populate Text , Button Click )

2) >> From UiElements - Repository - Add Ui element - Inspect UiElements

3) >> Recording option

None of the options were worked and every time we open got an error as in the screenshot.

Tried : Configured PAD as a "Run as administrator " but still no luck.

Any help would be appreciated !

    Hi @PrSelvan

Seems strange, could you restart PAD and application and try again whether it works or not ?

Have you actually closed PAD and stopped its services and then started it again as admin? In order for PAD to run as admin, you must first completely close it by either rebooting your machine, or stopping all Power Automate services.

Thank you All for the reply! highly appreciated!

I have found the cause; this is because of the Source application setup and access. The application was installed with different app user and the current user (window account) had limited privilege / security settings to access the application. Which was causing the problem.

Eventually tried the options like - PAD : Run as a Administrator , restarted the PAD and the Machine.

    Thnaks,
