In the default environment, figma connection works well. But in the developer environment, the connection does not work. what could be the cause??

Is there any error message from your side? And by the way, there is no connection named figma in power platform. But I guess you are talking about creating canvas app through figma in developer environment.
So, I tested to create a canvas app in developer environment and it works fine. Please describe more about the scenario you faced so that we can better understand this question.

I solved the problem.
The problem is that when the environment region is set to Korea, it does not connect.
It doesn't seem to have been released in Korea yet.
After changing to Asia, the connection works fine.
