Hi all,

I am currently working on report for employee absence app.

I want to use Power automate to export list of employees that haven't had any absences.

All data is stored in SharePoint lists.

Absences fields:

*From

*To

*Days

*Employee ID

Employees fields:

*Employee ID

*First name

*Surname

*Department

Report information needed:

*Employee Id

*First name

*Surname

*Department

This is where I am currently on Power Automate:

This solutions doesn't work as it still shows all employees

Hope someone have some kind of solution for this.

Thanks

    Hi @IR_06 ,

Please check if dynamic content in current flow is same as following.

    vmengmlimsft_0-1711544794397.png

Then add a condition before "Add a row into a table".

    empty(body('Filter_array'))

    Best regards,

    Rimmon

Just tried this but nothing has been added to file. Flow is running but no matches have been found

    Hi @IR_06 ,

Could you please show your current flow?

In addition, what is the type of Employee ID?

    Best regards,

    Rimmon

    Hi @IR_06 ,

It should be "is equal to".
