Hi
I am creating an onboarding form where the hiring manager enters in the new starters firstname name, last name and personal email address. It saves this info and creates a sharepoint list then fires a MS Form to the new starter personal email address (completed)
The MS Form asks the new starter what their current email address, first name, last name and hardware e.g Mac or PC.(completed this as well)
My question is I'd like to capture this info match the ms forms email address and last name and update the current sharepoint list with the additional hardware package they've selected
