Hi, I'm trying to make a flow, where any emails I receive, a copy of that email is also saved on a SharePoint Online list (not library, for a reason).

It's just a default "When a New Email Arrives", followed by "Create Item", where the email subject is pushed into the title column (in SharePoint), and the email body is pushed into a multi-line column.

However, I noticed the flow skipped a lot of the emails. =( How do I get it to stop skipping emails?

Also, is it possible for me, with my corporate admin account, create a flow to capture emails being sent to a generic corporate email account (like askHelp@mycompany.com) ? Or, will I have to create the flow using the generic email's account itself?
