    Hi @sayalides ,

Could you please share a bit more about the 'Contractors' data source? Is it a Collection? Or a standard Tabular data source (e.g. SQL Table, Excel table, SP List, ...), or a Action data source (e.g. Azure Storage Blob, Office 365 Users, ...) or a static data imported from a local Excel file?

Currently, the Edit form could only be bind to a tabular data source (e.g. SQL Table, Excel table, SP List, ...), it could not be bind to a collection, a Action data source (e.g. Azure Storage Blob, Office 365 Users, ...), and a static data imported from local Excel file.

If you connect the Edit form to a collection or a static data imported from local Excel file, the Edit form would not generate field data cards for fields in your collection or local Excel file.

As an fixed solution, you could consider store your Excel table file in your OneDrive folder, then you could create a connection to the Excel table file hosted in your OneDrive folder from your canvas app. Then connect your Edit form to this Excel table (hosted in your OneDrive folder), the Edit form would generate related field data cards for fields in your Excel table.

More details about data source types in PowerApps, please check the following article:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/connections-list

    Hey @v-xida-msft ,

Actually I'm using Dynamics 365 F& O at the back end and Contractors is a data entity.

    Hi @sayalides ,

Aha, if the Contractors is your Dynamics 365 F& O Entity, please consider click "Edit fields"-> "Add field", then check if available field data cards are shown up there:

If the field data cards could not be shown up after you click the "Add field" option, I think there may have something wrong with your Dynamics 365 F& O Contractors Entity.

More details about connection Dynamics 365 F& O from PowerApps, please check the following video:
