Autopopulate text fields from drop down selection of different SharePoint List

I am trying to autopopulate administrator emails from one SharePoint List to another based on admins location.

LookUp([@'GIS Admins'], 'Alternate Email'= LocationDD.Selected.Result, ThisItem.'Admin Alternate Email')

Are you encountering an error or do you have a question about this? For your third argument, you're referencing ThisItem, though that shouldn't be needed as the third argument is the field that you're trying to return from the GIS Admins list. Assuming "Admin Alternate Email" is a field in that list, that's all you should need.

When the drop down is empty nothing selected it will put in the email of the first person in the list, when a City is selected it does not populate the text box. I am trying to pull the email from the GIS Admins based on a drop down field of a City in a new form. I am trying to run a power automate email to that Admin on submission of form. Hope this makes sense.

Sorry, not following, you have never said what isn't working for you. Is there an error message? Does it not have the behavior you want?

My apologies, no error just does not have the behavior I would like.

GIS Admin (SharePoint List)
Columns - Name - Email - City

Layer access Request (SharePoint List)
Text box to fill based on drop down connection to GIS Admin list city.
Columns - GIS Admin Name - GIS Admin Email.

Ok, so the dropdown should be a list of names from the GIS adminlist? Where is this dropdown? what do you want to happen when you select a name in the dropdown? What is it doing now? What do you want it to do differently?

I would like the user requesting access that is filling out the Layer access Request (SharePoint List) form to select in the drop down their office location and based on their location in pull the GIS admin information from GIS Admin (SharePoint List) into form.
