Hello all, good morning!
I wanted to know exatcly how to see, understad what "Files" is, inside of the capacity tab. Look at the photo below:

I wanted to know, exactly, what is those files?
How can we reduce the size of it?
Is there some way for me to "see" these files?
Where are them stored?

At my knowledge, the file contents in the note table may occupy a large amount of capacity.

But what exactly are these files?
Is there a way for me to "clean" them?

I do not know what is causing this becoming almost full...

Just want to understat what is going on, but I do confess I'm kinda lost here 😞

Do you have any idea on how can I reduce the size of it?

Did you look which environment and Table got most storage of the files?

Example: This is from my dev Tenant

Then look at the details

Once you know the details that is causing the issue you can troubleshoot further.

Yes, just took a look.

The most critical environment it's still the PROD environment:

But still, do not know what these files really are, how can I access them and how can I clean up some space on it 😞

Did you look at what Table is causing the issue in the Prod environment?

Hi @Velegandla , I've discovered it.

It is the "flowsession" table that is causing the most impact... actually it is the only one that is really huge. But I have no clue on how to reduce / delete records in this table... as this records informations about flows , and everything else...

Any ideas?
