Hi Everybody, I could use some direction/help?

We currently have an app that allows users to enter information daily and save it. The app reads/writes to a SQL Table. When a user logs in, it matches the user to the user record in the security table and returns the location a user is allowed to enter information for.

There are probably about 30 fields for a user to enter information in though not all are required. There is a calendar feature that allows a user to select a date, enter the information and then save it. This happens daily. When the information is saved, the day the user just entered information for changes colors on the calendar. When saving, the information is then written to the SQL table. If the user wants to see a different day and the data they entered, the select the day from the calendar.

I am interested in finding out if Power Apps could potentially replace it. I am in the beginning phases of talking with Infosec at my company because we need to be able to standup a Gate Way to use Power Apps and SQL. However, I don't know if Power Apps is a good option for this (we have no app/dev team or budget for one) and if it has the ability to do the following:

What I know it can do:

Read/Write to SQL
Integrates with Azure AD

Can it do:

Can a calendar like this be displayed and the day dynamically change colors based on somebody submitting information for that day?
Can a drop down list of locations be presented based on who trying to enter information?
If a user enters information for 3/27 and submits it and then on 3/29 needs to go update 3/27 data, is that permitted?
Can links to reports be included in the page?
