Hi @sam123123123
There are literally hundreds of examples (and templates) for exporting SharePoint to Excel. What exactly do you need help with?
Pseudo Flow
1. Trigger Flow whenever you want (Manual / Scheduled / Triggered) you didnt say
2. Use Get Items to pull data from SharePoint. I have no idea if you have multiple lists or what
3. Use an Apply to Each, to loop through all the Rows from Get Items
4. Have an Excel, that already has Sheets and Tables in it, or at least has sheets
5. Use the Add Rows to a Table (excel) and put the data from SharePoint into whatever rows/columns you want
That is the best detail we can give you and is the steps. Again though there are loads of examples, if you search.
Then come back if you have specific blockers
If I have helped you, I would really appreciate if you please Mark my answer as Resolved/Answered, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others
Cheers
Thank You
