Gallery uses one list that shows data from separate list

I'm using a gallery that when an item is selected shows details in an edit form. The edit form use a SP list as source (list name: 2023 IR w File Note DRAFT June) - this list has two lookup columns (Patient Name and DOB) from another SP List (list name: Patient Register). I want to use the Patient Register details in the gallery, and when selected, displays the corresponding item details from '2023 IR w File Note DRAFT June'. Is this possible? Thanks
