I have a flow which up until today has been working fine. It is basically taking user responses from MS form and adding them to Sharepoint List.

All of a sudden the flow stopped recording the "created by" field in my list. When I go into the flow and try add the dynamic field "created by" in the "create irem" action I see that the only option I have available to add now is "responders email".

I also noticed that "Response ID" in Get Response Details has changed to "List of Response Notifications Response ID"

Anyone any idea what has changed that this is now not working?

Hi @LeeC .

It does sound like what you are describing is a change but my forms all work in the way you have described as your changes. So I guess ... If you just change the values to the ones you have noticed the changes with, i.e.

created by -> responders email

Response ID -> List of Response Notifications Response ID

I assume it works again after you make these changes?

The primary change in is that previously the flow trigger caught one response, now this can caught more than one.

So you need an 'apply to each'.

Your flow need to be like this;

About the field not appear, you can use a workaround.

To do this follow this steps:

1 - Select the field that you want

2 - Click on Expression and type an 'a' or other letter3 - Press 'Esc', select again Dynamic Field, all the fields will appear4 - Select the field and delete the 'a' typed before
