PLEASE HELP, Power Automate to Excel only works for one day!

Good Morning,

I'm really new to this automation/ Excel online and was wondering if some body would be able to help me trouble shoot an automation.

Firstly I have multiple times set up a working flow path between MS Forms and Multiple Excel sheets to test, Initially I would use various index matches and VLOOKUPS to gather the data however this seemed to be breaking the automation but I did a test and didn't touch the sheet and basically my flow works for an hour or two and just stops. The flow comes up as succeeded but no data is transferred to the excel sheet, Has any one had this before?

@Catdog312 Could you please share a screenshot of your flow. Also, make sure the actions are expanded while you are taking a screenshot.

Also, I would recommend you to use filter query for faster data retrieval

Could you please try resizing your excel table by dragging the small arrow at the bottom right of the table and run the flow.

I have tried this but still nothing, Is there a chance yours has stopped working after a period of time?

It works fine at my end, no issues so far.

    Would you mind trying below:

    1. Create a new excel file and use it in the flow.

    2. If step 1 is not working, then I would recommend you to get away from excel and use a SharePoint list to store form responses. You can export SP list data in excel as well if you wanna share it with others or share the SharePoint list link.

Note: Microsoft Excel was not originally created for data sharing, even if it is often used that way. SharePoint, on the other hand, was designed for collaboration from the beginning:)

    Hope it helps!!

    Cheers,

    Ankesh
