Hello dear Powerautomate community,

i have a flow where i take information from Excel and use them in SAP to export Data.

Sometimes the flow works and sometimes it failes to complete the Flow.

Most of the time at the same position.

Sometimes the flow skips some actions with no reasons i understand.

it would be nice if you have any recommandation besides (waiting a few seconds and to replay when the flow has a fail)

Can you share some screenshots of your flow, as well as the actions that are being skipped or fail?

You seem to have some On error rules on those actions. I would guess that they make the flow continue to the next step if the action fails. So, that might be the problem - your flow fails to press a button (possibly because it cannot find it), and the rules say it should continue anyway.

You should look into the button selectors and modify them a bit to make sure they are dynamic and work properly. See here for more info about modifying selectors: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/build-custom-selectors

Also, make sure that you have some sort of an error message logged to a file or something like that, when it actually skips an action because of an error. You can set that in the On error rules.
