I am building a flow to send reminder email notifications to users on the tasks that have been assigned to them.
The day the task items are created is the day the task items are assigned and the Status of the task item is set to Not Started by default. Also, each task has 90 days to be completed
1. The first reminder is sent 7 days after the task items are created in a SharePoint list
2. The second reminder is sent 30 days after the item is created in the SharePoint list
3. The third reminder is sent 60 days after the item is created in the SharePoint list
4. The fourth reminder is sent 14 days before the end of the 90 days
5. An email notification is sent to the Assigned person after they complete all the tasks even if they complete after the defined 90 days
Lastly for each email, I need to show a count of the task items that have been completed and list the task items that have not been completed, see the example email below
Example Email
Dear UserName,
You have completed 3 tasks.
Pending tasks
-Task 4
- Task 5
-Task 6
