Power Apps patching Images to Share Point

I have tried multiple different Power Apps and different SharePoint lists. It seems starting December 4th, SharePoint is storing the images sent from the Power App as attachments in an image column. The images are now showing "Reserved_ImageAttachment"

Is this an issue with Power Apps or could it be my Share Point list?

    I have this same issue and as a bonus my recently added pictures are shown in the app with very poor quality (as if they were thumbnails). Older ones are fine.
