Has there been an update or change that anyone knows that .xls files are no longer being saved?
I have the flow below and had no problems with that.
Since today it seems that only the .xlsx files are stored on the onedrive and no longer the .xls files.
This is the error with a .xls file.

.xls can be saved in OneDrive. Displayed message is because the conditions you set are not met, so the action in If YES branch is not executed.
I used a similar Flow test on my side, changing And to Or, Flow works.

In addition, I suggest changing contains to end withs, which may be more logical.
