    Hi @Anonymous,

Do you have any screenshots of the app, as well as the gallery that you are using? Is this a Template that you are using?

How are you trying to gather the data from your company into the gallery?

    Regards,

    Ricardo

    Hi @rimatos,

Either when i´m using the book a room template or the standard screen to book a room while creating a canvas app, the room list that appears does not show my company´s rooms which i´m able to book over the outlook!

I´m gathering all the data trought the office 365 outlook connection and the office 365 users connection.

    Regards,

    António

    Hi @Anonymous,

So the connections that the Book a Room templates uses are the following displayed in the image bellow:

As such, my suggestion would be to verify if all three connections are from the same user, and see if there exists any problem with this. You could attempt to remove these connections and add them again in order to force the system to refresh and update these connections, which might help you get the full list of rooms from your company.

if this does not solve your problem my recommendation would be to open a ticket to Microsoft support through https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support, in order to be able to Troubleshoot this issue in more depth.

    Hope this helps!

    Regards,

    Ricardo

    Hi @rimatos ,

After a few lookarounds all i found was that in the meeting screen i can find the rooms through their email when i search for them in the tab where i add the meeting ateendees and not in the tab where i select the location.

I have followed your recommendation and i opened a ticked  through the support.

    Thanks for your help,

    António
