People Picker doesn't show entries

Hello,

in one of our apps the people picker combo boxes don't show any entries anymore. When they are searchable they do search and show corresponding found entries.

I also tried to throw in a dropdown beneath, which also didn't show the people.

I also dropped the field from the form and readded it - same result.

How can I fix this?

Hi @andiart ,

Isn't this standard behaviour for a people picker? In a quick test I see no options when clicking on the chevron until I fill out something in the SearchText.

Can you perhaps share a screenshot to show what is not working as expected?

Hi @BCBuizer ,

normally it should show a list beyond like in the following screenshot.
But many other fields of the same type don't list items(persons) anymore

Can you share the Items and DisplayFields properties of a ComboBox that is no longer working?

Items: Choices([@Sitzungen].Entschuldigt)
Display Fields: ["DisplayName";"Email";"Picture"]
Search Field: ["DisplayName"]

... and the only working field for some reason shows only groups - not persons.

I'm assuming the data type for Entschuldigt is Person.

Can you share a screenshot of the ComboBox that is not working with at least three characters typed as the searchtext?

And what is it exactly that is the issue in that picture, because to me this all seems to work as it should?

Is the issue that it says "7 Elemente" instead of showing the 7 selected people?

The text search works correctly but it doesn't let me list through the persons when I click on the arrow, what is one of the main purposes of a combo box or a dropdown.

E.g. there is no text and I simply want to see a list of all selectable persons - that dosn't work.

P.S. The 7 Elements are from a dropdown under the one where I did the search.
