I have the flow below that should move files if the name is changed.

If it's a single file, that's no problem.

However, the problem is if 10 files are adjusted very quickly, not all files are moved.
Most files then remain in the old folder.

If you then execute the flow again, they will simply remain and will not be moved.

On advice here on forum I had changed these properties but that did not help.

Hi @frixel ,

I have made some tests on my side by creating a similar flow. However, the issue you’ve mentioned could not be reproduced by me.

I modified the files name (10 files) very quickly, all files were moved to the destination folder.

By the way, I didn’t turn on the Concurrency control.

What’s the file size of the files that are not moved?

Please make sure the modified file name does meet the condition.

Please take another try with it.

I use the flow 5 times a day and there are always files left when the flow has been running.
It is true that many files have exactly the same created day and time.
it seems that flow only moves the newest files and leaves the older ones.

This is the folder where flow must remove the files.

If I now put all these files (from yesterday) in that folder as an example, nothing will happen.
If I put a file with the current date / time in this folder, only that file will be moved.

Do you mean that if you edit files (10 files) with old date/time, the flow won’t be triggered, while it only works for files with current date/time?

Does it work for a single file?

I have made another test, the issue then could not be reproduced. The files with date 23/04, however, when I edit the files name (9 files) very quickly, all of them were removed to the destination folder.

Note: the failed were caused by “checked out” error.
