Forms to Excel to Add or Update row based on duplicate value

Hi, I am trying to create a flow to update a registry where if a serial number entered on the Form already exist in Excel it will update the row and if serial number doesn't exist in Excel it will add a new row. My problem at the moment is I can't add Control without Flow automatically adding "Apply to each" so when I run the flow, it will keep adding a new row as many time as the total number of serial number that already exist in Excel.

Hi @AndreJo,
Do you want to add a new row to Excel table if serial number doesn't exist in Excel, and update a row if serial number exists?

I did some tests according to your requirements.

I am getting this error below. Not sure if there is a step that I miss?

What is the output selection for "Apply to each"?

Please select the List of responses to the input of Apply to each.
