Refresh Dataset Flow

I am a newbie to Power Automate. I have configured an automated flow to trigger each time a new row is added to SmartSheet. The trigger works as designed, but the refresh of the Power BI Dataset doesn't work.

 

Appreciate any guidance that could be provided. I should have mentioned that the flow comes back as 'Succeeded'
