Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

My Customer´s requirements are to have a power app to create Purchase requests in D365FO, and then in D365FO must follow the approval workflow, and create the Purchase order, and the user needs to be able to see the status of approval and the purchase order number created. I have checked the restricted tables to see if D365 licensing is required or if it's related to power application licensing, and I'm not sure about it (see attachment)

Purchase requests are included in this restricted table? Must my customer have licenses of D365FO apart from power app licenses? Or can they use an admin license to connect by power app for all the users using the power app?
