I have a few flows that are used only a few times a year that are triggered when an item is added to a SharePoint list. I don't want this flow turning off every 90 days because of inactivity. I also don't think paying $100 per month to keep these flows "alive" is justified. Would the "Pay as you go" license options keep these flows from expiring too? I don't want to put a "hack" in place to add fake entries every week or two to keep the flow "alive".
Example, I have a flow that is tied to an International Travel Request Form in SharePoint. When users submit a request, it triggers an approval and then adds the user to an Azure Group that bypasses our block list for authentication from outside countries. After their travel time expires it removes their account from that group.
