There was a thread on this one but there was no reply on the poster. I am also working on a sign in app for visitors and have followed the tutorial on this site

but I seem to be having an issue on the check out button, Has anyone figured this one out?

Hi @Anonymous,

So you are having issues with the UpdateContext function, or the patch function?

UpdateContext function in PowerApps

Patch function in PowerApps

The checkout button in the tutorial in the thread you posted has two effects:

1. Update the context variable value: Isloading, EditRecord,

2. Patch the checkout time to the datasource using the patch function.

For the function usage, please check it with the aritcle I shared above.
