Display Label (look back to unique record)

I have a column called 'UniqueIssues' with the name of the issue being reported (concat LOB-Category-SubCategory columns)

How could I get this label (Label5) to display if:
Another record created within the last 24 hours & with the same UniqueIssue has a value in the ITTicketNumber field and does not have a value in the ITTicketResolvedDate column

See Images of SharePoint and App below

    Hi @joel914823,
    Do you want to make the Label5 visible based on the condition?

    Please try to set the Visible property of Label5 as:

    !IsBlank(LookUp('Issue tracker',Created>= DateAdd(Now(), -24, Hours)&&
     UniqueIssue=ThisItem.UniqueIssue&&
     !IsBlank(ITTicketNumber)&&
     IsBlank(ITTicketResolvedDate)
    )
    )

    Hello @v-qiaqi-msft  Thank for your help.  Apologies, this data is coming from a collection called Issues, so I updated it to that.  I'd like for it to be visible if the ITTicketNumber field is not blank ( so I added =false), but the label is still not showing 😞  any help is appreciated.

    Hi @joel914823 ,

    Are you trying to do this ? Note the structure is for Delegation reasons (I assume you are using SharePoint)

    With(
     {
     _Item:
     Filter(
     Issues,
     UniqueIssues = ThisItem.UniqueIssues
     ),
     _Date:
     DateAdd(
     Now(),
     -24,
     TimeUnit.Hours
     )
     },
     !IsBlank(
     LookUp(
     _Item,
     Created > _Date &&
     !lsBlank(ITTicketNumber) &&
     ITTicketResolvedDate = Blank()
     ).UniqueIssues
     )
    )

    @WarrenBelz   Thank you so much.  I tried to use that but seems the _item piece is giving me some troubles - any ideas?Screenshot 2024-03-11 121153.png

    @joel914823 ,

    I mis-typed the bracket type at the top - now amended.
