Any ideas?
Hi @philkky ,
Two things - you have a Delegation and you cannot compare a Record with a Record (that is a many to many comparison). What type of field is 'Ticket Id' and also is 'Site (cra0d_Site)' a field or a table. If a Table, this is the Delegation warning as relational lookups are not Delegable.

@WarrenBelz okay so i have a ticket table and a site table, I have a site id against each ticket. How do I display the site name against the in context ticket? Everytime I try thisitem.ticketid.siteid.name it says thats too many levels deep.
Thanks @philkky ,
I guess the first thing you need to accept is that this is not SQL, so some queries simply are not possible directly.
I have a blog on many-to-many filters involving a collection that may assist you. You did not mention the value at the end and what its structure is.
I am trying where Title is a text field
LookUp(Sites, 'Site (cra0d_Site)'.'Site ID' = ThisItem.'Ticket Id'.'Site Id').Title
This is now saying on the = sign:
Incompatible types for comparison: The left value is a Record and the right value is a Record
In my head they are of the same type so I cant understand what it is complaining about.
I cannot see your data, but this bit
'Site (cra0d_Site)'.'Site ID' = ThisItem.'Ticket Id'.'Site Id'
suggests you have two fields of a complex type. You are looking up the table Sites, but have involved both the values 'Site (cra0d_Site)' and 'Ticket Id' in front of of the 'Site Id' reference you are looking up. I also have to ask (I should have before) what is your data source type?
Just checking if you got the result you were looking for on this thread. Happy to help further if not.
