How to see which form entry is causing error?

I'm using a form in FormMode.New to create a new record and I'm getting an error saying an entry is required. I can't figure out for the life of me which field I'm missing. Everything in my CDS entity that is "required" is accounted for. Is there a way to see what specifically is throwing the error? Thank you.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @Anonymous

Are you able to post a screenshot of where you are seeing this error?  What entity are you trying to create a record for?

Have you tried creating a new record via a Model-Driven app form?  Put all of your required fields onto the Model-Driven app form and then try create a new record.  The Model-Driven app will tell you which field is missing via a message at the top of the form.

I found it. The form entry had .Visible to false, .Default was set to a variable, I had inadvertently changed the assignment of the variable by one letter. So I thought it was correct and wasn't seeing the red error box.
