SharePoint Columns not appearing in list of values

I am trying to connect a dropdown field to a column in a SharePoint list and when i go to apply, the column is not visible in the Value list. Then I noticed that there are multiple columns that are not visible as well. I have tried refreshing the data connection and recreating the column, but to no avail.

Is there a way to fetch those columns and assign them to their respective form fields?

I meant the missing column. What is the Items of that Dropdown ?

@WarrenBelz The dropdown column is called Select Request Type, and the items of that column are "Program Opt Out", "Marketing Request", "Tax Exemptions" "Direct Bill" and "System Access"

@WarrenBelz If I understand you correctly the Items property is a list called Change_Req_Dev

@WarrenBelz I figured out what I'm doing wrong. I was adding each column individually as a text input or dropdown instead of in a data card. This allowed me to actually select the columns I need.
