Printing the screen of a scrolling canvas

Is there a way to print the screen of a scrolling canvas as pages?  Ideally with a browser print option and not by grabbing the underlying data and crafting a newly formatted report from HTML or otherwise.  I want the print-out to look exactly like the app shows on the screen.

    Hi @Pegger ,

Would you like to print all items in a scrolling Gallery or Form?

If so, since scrollable Gallery or Form is the built-in function of PowerApps, print screen is not supported currently. However if I have caught what you are thinking, since the App is either with the phone layout or tablet layout, you could leverage phone's or tablet's screenshot function, although it is not that accurate.

    Hope this helps.

Thanks.  I actually am using the tablet layout, but all users will be using it on a computer via a web browser.  It's actually not a gallery or a form, it's a scrolling canvas with a single DataCard on it.  Within that data card are a significant number of items including labels, radio buttons, etc. (more than you can see on a single screen shot).  The user would have to take so many individual screen shots, it would not be reasonable for them to use that as their method for printing the entire thing.

    Hi @Pegger ,

As you mentioned that you would prefer to use browser print screen button to save the screenshots, I think you could ask users to press F11 and make the app in full-screen mode when the app running on the browser.

Although it will not automatically page, I could not find other ways without retrieving data into HTML format.

    Hope this helps.

There is no direct way of doing it, Print() function will not work for Scrollable screens. So HTML form has to be created in alignment with the form which is to be printed and with the help of power automate, the HTML has to be converted to pdf.
