Hey guys

I wanted to know if i can fill two labels with scanning one qr code?

So i have two labels. One should be filled with e.g. the brand of a smartphone and the other filled with the series number. Both should be integrated in the qr scanner

So now there is the question is it possible and if it is how?

I'm kind of new to powerapps so sorry for the newby question.

Hi @Kriscen ,

Easy enough if you can spit the returned code. For instance if it was 18 characters split 10-8, the the first one would be

Left(YourScannedCode,10)

and the other

Right(YourScannedCode,8)

Okay that worked out quite good. But i realized that i have to put more informations into a qr code. So i need lets say 4 infos in the qr code and put them into 4 different labels. How do i do that ?

Exactly the same as long as they are fixed lengths, but you will also need the Mid() function

Im sorry but they are not allways the same length. Is there a possability to choose the 1st , 2nd, 3rd, .... XXth word?

Do they have a delimiter (space, comma etc). You can use the Find() Function,to identify the end of an item, but it will get quite complex for multiple values.
