This app isn’t opening correctly

I am getting an error : "This app isn’t opening correctly".

Below is the error details:

    Hi @manamohannayak ,

    The message is telling you that the user trying to open the app does not have an adequate level licence for the Premium connector/s in it.

    Hi,

    I have the same issue with 2 users, they have the same livense level as me, but I don't have any problems whit app.
