Can i pass variable name in dictonary value?

I had key and values in my dictonary.
Prod_workspace : Windows1

Stg_workspace : Windows2

Qa_workspace : Windows3...

If i use %config['Prod_workspace']% , i am getting my result ie Windows1.

I had another Text variable ENV = Prod or Stg or Qa.
can i pass ENV in dictonary???

%config['%ENV%_workspace']%

getting error here , i also tried %config[%ENV%'_workspace']%
