How do select multiple record from a desktop application Grid

How do I select multiple record from this Grid , Manually I am using SHIFT+DOWN key to select this record. I used Send Key {SHIFT}({DOWN:7} ), but it is selecting 7th row not the 7 rows from the top. any help will be appreciated. I am doing something wrong while using Send key.

Can you pls explain more what you want to do and why you want to do. I can get a idea.

I think you want to filter the record based on States
from my suggestion Create a Loop Use when states =rejected take the record and do what you want.

Which action should i use the get data from that grid and getuielement will data in one string only. how do i segregate in row. i meam how do i get row by row data.

Hi @Panuragagra
you can use the Read from Excel worksheet Command, In that which column one by one in Separate Variable, after for row number put the Loop index number. It will get one by one Recore.

Sorry, but my requirement is to read the value from Grid and perform some key board actions.. Example
For each record in Grid
{
Get UIElement(DOS)
IF(DOS)<=Today())
{
SendKey( Update Date)
SendKey( UpdateColumn Staus)
}
End
