Our organization is looking for a way to monitor and cleanup resources (Flows, Apps, Pages, Virtual Agents) created in the default environment. Since Microsoft has not offered controls that prevent authoring in this environment, we want an automated cleanup script to export, delete, then inform the end user of how to request an appropriate environment for their use case. Unfortunately, while we've found methods via Power Automate and Powershell to list all Flows and Canvas Apps, I've not found means to report on model-driven apps. Has anyone successfully reported on all model-driven apps in a single environment?
(We've not yet investigated Pages and Virtual Agents for the cleanup, but any tips there would also be welcome).
