Hello everybody,

I have an isue with "List rows present in a table" action.flow.JPG

I roughly understand what the problem is
The general idea is that text will be writen into the excel file using the "update row" function and based on this text an image will be selected
I implemented this functionality in the excel file using the "name manager" and the "INDIRECT" function in excel (as described here: Example on YouTube

If I remove the function "indirect" then the tables in flow are defined, but if I return it is not

I dont know other ways how to make it or how to fix

plz help

    Hey @TiempoKZ

Can you confirm that you have selected the excel file by clicking the folder icon in the right side on the File attribute in the action?

This is a current limitation with the excel connector that you need to point to that file by selecting the folder icon and navigating to the file and then selecting it from there.

    Hope this Helps!

    Hi @TiempoKZ ,

The "INDIRECT" function in excel is not supported in microsoft flow currently, so please remove the "INDIRECT" function in excel if you would like to read data from the excel table with microsoft flow.

    Best regards,

    Alice

I have this same issue with a flow I have been working on for some time. For some reason, it now will give me the "Bad Gateway" error when trying to select a table from the drop down menu. It was working fine yesterday and I haven't made any changes to the spreadsheet (besides tables auto refreshing data from external data sources) or the flow. Now all calls to that specific spreadsheet (and copies of it that I made and put into different paths to determine if the file is the root of the problem) give the same error.

I created a new spreadsheet with a small table in the same directory. The flow functions work fine for that spreadsheet. It is very confusing.

There is a ton of logic and data sources in the existing spreadsheet, so I am hesitant to create it again from scratch.
