How to: navigate to new form from Components?

Hi, I am new to using Components. I have created side bar components to navigate to different screen. It works well, however I wanted 1 of the components to navigate to a screen that with newform to be created - allowing users to fill in new entry that will save the information to Sharepoint list. 

If anyone has idea, appreciate your help.

    Sorry guys. I think I've found the answers.

    I just need to change the Default mode -> NEW  and OnSuccess -> NewForm(Form1)
