Offline Capabilities

Goodday, I am trying to add offline capabilities to my application.

I am following this tutorial: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/News-Announcements-Formerly/Building-Offline-PowerApps/ba-p/196281

 

I have started on my adding function however if you'd please refer to the attached, i am receiving an error on my collection name( Which is created yet but thats okay right ? It says name is not valid) I am also receiving an error at the end of my Collect statement say it found parenclose but expected EOF.

 

Any assistance or understanding would be greatly appreciated.

    If I close my brackets and move to the else part i get the following error, please refer to attatched.
