Unable to fully unlock control in form

Hi,

I have a following problem. In Form I've added a field from Field List that is a Choice type field from Sharepoint Database.

As usually, I wanted to customize it and thus I've unlocked the whole control. However, I get the following issue where most of the fields are unlocked, however not all of them. Please see screenshot below for reference

    Hi @Hidik,

    Do you want to unlock the properties of DataCard?

    Could you please try click the button as following?

    Hi @v-mingkz-msft ,

    thanks for the response. I've already clicked the unlock properties button and thus the result was "partially" unlocked. 

    However now that I've restarted my computer and the browser, the properties became fully locked as in the beginning and after clicking on unlock button everything became unlocked.
