Automatically post a Happy Birthday message in Teams

I have all of my employees' birthdays in my Outlook 365 calendar. They are all-day events. I tried to create a flow that automatically posted a Happy Birthday into a Channel in Teams:

It worked great for a year. It stopped working suddenly and I can't figure out why.

Hey there. I'm wondering if it the issue is in your filter step. When you look at past runs for days where you would expect a message to go out, can you tell what is happening?
