Hello,

i want to know if there is any idea to refresh dynamics crm page after running a Power Automate(Flow). the flow updated fields in the quote entity and i want to refresh the page after the Update.

Hi @Hedibn

Only Dynamics 365 real time workflow (Sync) supports the auto refresh. All Power Automate process are async apart from HTTP Requests. If user interaction invokes any Power Automate process then it goes behind as background process. There is no alternative option to refresh a screen automatically after Power Automate run.

As @abm said, we couldn't automatically refresh the page for updated fields in the entity in Microsoft flow currently, you could only start a new flow or action for the updated fields, and if you want Microsoft flow could support the function to refresh the page, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

you can also try by using a JS web resource by adding a event handler on form save or on load , calling a function
function refresh(executionContext) {
var formContext = executionContext.getFormContext();
formContext.ui.refresh();

}
