ive setup twitter keyword notifications that I receive email when theres a match, but recently I started receiving these email notifications an hour after the tweet has been up but it used to arrive within 10-15mins of the tweet being posted – what could cause this problem? Im using the free version

Licensing changes were implemented on October 1st.  For paid versions of Flow the cycle timing that used to exist was removed, but I think the Free version of Flow decreased the cycle frequency.  I think that is what you are seeing.  Any purchased version will provide a faster experience.

when u say "cycle timing/frequency " do you mean runs per month?

No, runs per month would the be quota.  That has also changed under the new licensing to an API limit per 24 hours.

Under the old plan the Free or Office 365 version of PowerApps had a polling time of 5 minutes.  P1 licenses had a shorter polling time and P2 licenses had a 1 minute polling time. Those limits have been removed for any of the paid licenses under the new plan.  Its not specified in documentation, but i suspect all the paid licenses now run on a polling cycle of 1 minute.  That includes the Office 365 "seeded" licenses. Again, its not specified in the documentation, but I suspect that the Free version of Flow has a much slower polling time.  I believe that is why you are seeing the change.
