I'm a bit confused by the question. Do you mean that you need all items in each array as one item to put into an Excel row, or are you trying to eliminate duplicate values?

Here is my flow, get items from SharePoint chunked 22 items then add into row dynamics table Excel

@ramadhanira I think I have a better understanding of what you are trying to do. The first 22 items would be row 1 in Excel. The next 22 items would be row 2, and so on.

Another question, are you wanting each value in the chunk to exist in its own cell in the row (22 columns), or are you wanting one cell to contain all 22 items (one column)? The approach for achieving this would vary depending on the desired result.

    Hi @mkilp91,

No, I want 1 item each on 1 row until 22 item.

@ramadhanira Because we are dealing with an array of array items, I am getting confused on your specific goal for this flow. Are you considering a chunk of 22 values to be an "item" or are you considering a single "HC0XXXX" value to be an item?

Here are some screenshots that may help me better understand what you are trying to accomplish:

    Assuming this is true:

Are you wanting the rows to look like Option A - row 2 (chunk 1) or Option B - row 4 (chunk 2):

Or are you wanting it to look like option C - each item of a chunk on a new row:
