Hey Everyone,

I'm running into a very odd issue where I am attempting to use the M365 Compliance "When an item reaches the end of its retention period" trigger, but it is not firing because the error message that arises is that "Response is not in JSON" format. There are no inputs for the trigger, and no way for me to adjust it in any shape way or form hence at a bit of a road block.

Not sure how to alleviate or work around but any form of guidance, help, and/or input would be greatly appreciated! Providing Screenshots of the trigger and error below.

Hello again community! Just circling back as I realized I was missing a potential piece of the puzzle-when continuing to troubleshoot, I realized that the trigger has a "Forbidden" error-The M365 Compliance connector is approved in the organization; is there any other potential workaround or things to check for regarding this error and/or in conjunction with the Json Error?
