Issue with reassign approver from teams sending reminder emails

With my current flow I am able to send an email reminder using delays to the original approver of the item. This original approver is stored in the sharepoint list. I also added a new column which holds reassigned approver ( this is currently getting value only if reassigned person action on it).

However, if the original approver decides to reassign the item to someone else, how to I capture this reassignment so that I can send an email reminder to them instead?

Hi @RadSan123 ,

We can use dataverse triggers. Because approval data is stored in the dataverse table. When we reassign approvals, the records will be modified.

Hi @RadSan123 ,

Here is the flow trigger.

I reassigned the approval. You can see that the status of a previous record has become inactive and the reason is Reassigned. There is also a new record, which appears because there is a new approver. Both records point to the same approval.

Thanks for your inputs. I have tried the same and im still unable to get the email id of the reassigned approver. Any suggestions is highly appreciated.

I have got the solution and updating the answer so that it may help someone .

SharePoint List

Columns : Reassigned Approver, Approver

There are basically 2 flows . One for approvals,reminders and other is for finding the reassigned person details from Dataverse and updating the SharePoint list.
