Hi all,

I'm having a pretty critical issue with my PowerApps. I have an app connected to a couple different sharepoint lists and updating / patching those multiple lists. I have fleshed it out to it's fullest and now there is a lot going on which I believe is leading to some issues. Currently, I am getting the "server error: Not a valid connector" error. Prior to today, it has been working decently. Here are some of the problems that could be contributing to this:

Lots of LookUps: I am looking through different posts and I believe there is LookUp limit? Is that per app or per screen? I am not sure if I'm hitting the limit currently.
Growing SharePoint list: The lists that are being used by the app are continuously growing. I don't believe they have hit their 500 item mark yet.
Internet Connection: The internet connection on the production floor is shoddy. It looks like their inputs are uploading correctly though.

Could anyone give me some insight as to what I should do? This App is pretty fully developed and I don't want to have to restart it all over again. I'd love some easier tips on how to optimize the data if possible.

Should I generate a collection from the SP lists rather than just pulling them directly? Is there an alternative to LookUps that I can use? I'm not entirely sure where I should go from here. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi @farhandsome ,

Do you mean that this formula worked good before, but shows error now?

Please check if the connection you created to the SharePoint connector within your app is valid. If not, please consider take a try to re-create a new connection to the SharePoint connector with proper credentials within your app, then check if the issue is solved.

In addition, please also check if the Network on your side is in a good condition. If the issue still exists, please consider take a try to re-create a new app based on your SP list data source, check if the issue still exists.

Hi @v-yutliu-msft ,

Thanks for the response. I'm no longer having this issue, however sometimes my Patch() doesn't work. The app runs successfully, but the SharePoint list is not updated.
