You need a paid license of Power Automate Desktop (the Power Automate Per user plan with attended RPA that costs $40/month) to be able to run flows automatically based on schedules or triggers.
When you have that, you can build a cloud flow that runs on a recurring schedule or use the Windows Task Scheduler to run your desktop flow.

You would then use the Run a flow built with Power Automate for desktop action in the cloud flow to run your desktop flow.
